(Netarts, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was killed in a paragliding crash at Cape Lookout State Park.  Oregon State Police say Gary Mudrow of Beaverton died Sunday after his paraglider crashed into the ocean.  He was pulled from the water and medics began CPR.  He was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
