(Salem, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown will decide if Oregon should join the National Popular Vote compact.  It's a move that supporters say would modernize how the president is elected and ensure that every vote is counted equally.  Senate Bill 870 landed on Governor Brown's desk yesterday after the Oregon House approved the measure.
