(Portland, OR)  --  Harry's Fresh Foods in Portland is moving to Everett, Washington.  The Oregonian reports the company is closing its Portland factory because it's too small and poorly managed.  The company plans to move its Portland operations to its site in Everett sometime this summer.  Nearly two-hundred employees will be laid off.
