(Vancouver, WA)  --  The City of Vancouver, Washington could soon be getting e-scooters.  City council members said Monday they'd like to move forward with talks about starting up an e-scooters pilot program.  Council members discussed the possibility of modeling their pilot program after one currently running in Portland.
