(Portland, OR)  --  Police are identifying human remains found in Fairview as a missing woman.  The Multnomah County Sheriff's office says the skeletal remains have been positively identified as Tiffany Bettis, also known as Melinda Smith.  She had been reported missing in March of 2015.  Her remains were found near Northeast 223rd and Northeast Marine Drive on May 20th.
