(Medford, OR)  --  A pilot and passenger on board a small plane that went down in a Medford neighborhood are facing drug charges.  Zachary Moore and Matthew Thompson were able to walk away from the small plane crash Saturday and nobody on the ground was hurt.  The men were arrested Sunday night on drug charges and are being held in the Jackson County Jail.
