(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing more than eight years behind bars after sexually abusing two children.  A judge sentenced 55-year-old Russell Morris to 100 months in prison for the abuse of two young girls in 2010 and in 2018.  Morris pleaded guilty to the charges.
