(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is clinging to life after falling 16 stories down a garbage chute in downtown Portland.  Rescue crews were called to a building on West Burnside near Providence Park yesterday morning on reports of an injured woman.  She was found in the garbage container and taken to OHSU with life-threatening injuries.  It's not yet clear what caused the woman to fall.
