(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identities of two people killed in a rollover crash on northbound I-405 in Portland.  Police say 55-year-old Mark James Herr, of Hillsboro, and 54-year-old Tonya Lee Smith, of Buxton, were killed in the crash last Thursday night near the Highway 26 exit.  An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
