(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was shot to death in northeast Portland.  Police say 30-year-old Justin Stewart was shot early Wednesday morning near Northeast Sandy Boulevard and Northeast Prescott Street.  Responding officers rushed him to a hospital, where he died.  Police have arrested 30-year-old Tyler Wayne Pierce in connection to the shooting.
