(Sunriver, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a pilot who died after crashing a plane into the Deschutes River over the weekend.  The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office says 63-year-old Kevin Padrick died Saturday morning in the crash near Sunriver.  Police say 69-year-old passenger Johannes Noordwijk survived and was helped to shore by first responders.  It's not yet clear what caused the crash.
