(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a fire at an apartment building in southwest Portland.  Firefighters responded to the apartment building on Southwest Columbia Street early this morning.  Fire officials say everyone made it out of the building safely.  It's not yet clear how the fire started.
