(Beaverton, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly burglarizing a food cart in Beaverton.  Police say 26-year-old Dylan Hogge broke into the BG Food Cartel early Sunday morning.  The food cart's owner called 9-1-1 after witnessing the burglary through surveillance cameras.  Police arrested Hogge at the scene on charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
