(Eugene, OR)  --  A measure aimed at ending camping on sidewalks is getting the green light in Eugene.  The city council approved a bill this week that allows property owners to ask homeless people who set up camp on a planting strip to leave.  The owners have pressed the council to come up with a solution to remove homeless camps in front of their businesses.
