(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly opening fire on a car following an argument over how it was parked.  Police arrested 39-year-old Brian Toru Matsuo early yesterday at a home in Aloha for the incident last week in the Rock Creek neighborhood.  Police say witnesses heard Matsuo complaining about how the car was parked at a nearby business June 16 before he fired at least two shots at it, shattering the rear window.  No injuries were reported.
