(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are warning residents about higher-than-normal levels of fecal bacteria at a local beach.  The Oregon Health Authority issued a health advisory yesterday for Seal Rock State Park Beach.  Residents are advised to avoid contact with the water until further notice.
