(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges following an armed standoff that forced evacuations at a pet store in northeast Portland.  Police responded to "Pets on Broadway" Tuesday afternoon on reports of a distressed man in the store's bathroom.  Police say officers had a previous encounter with the man earlier that day in which he was carrying a gun and acting suspiciously.  Police evacuated the pet store and took the man into custody.  Police say the man had a gun and a magazine filled with live rounds at the time of the arrest.
