(Portland, OR)  --  A popular hot spring is reopening today after being damaged last year in a fire.  The USDA Forest Service says the Terwilliger Hot Springs, also known as the Cougar Hot Springs, is reopening to the public today following nearly a year of repairs.  The hot springs were closed to the public last August following the Terwilliger Fire.
