(Portland, OR)  --  Cloudability CEO Mat Ellis is stepping down.  He stepped down today telling The Oregonian he wants to sleep and eat well.  Ellis says he was not interested in staying on with Cloudability after selling it to Washington-based Apptio.  He founded the company in 2011.
