(Portland, OR)  --  A 25-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a woman inside a Portland bookstore.  Court records show William James Wimberly Jr. has been indicted on charges of felony public indecency and third-degree sexual abuse.  The incident happened at the Title Wave Used Bookstore on Northeast Knott Street in February.
