(Portland, OR)  --  Things are getting back to normal at Portland City Hall after a bomb threat forced evacuations.  Police responded to the building around noon yesterday after someone called the mayor's office several times saying a bomb was going to go off there.  Responding officers searched the building and determined the threat was not credible.
