(Portland, OR)  --  Activists in Portland are calling for the closure of migrant detention centers along the Mexican border.  Dozens of people rallied in downtown Portland yesterday, calling the detention centers inhumane.  Democratic U.S. Representative Earl Blumenauer was among those who spoke at the rally.
