(Vancouver, WA) -- Police are confirming that a body found in the Columbia River is that of a missing cyclist from Vancouver. The Clark County Medical Examiner identified the body yesterday as 36-year-old Leif Vigeland. A boater discovered his body Monday in the water near Tidewater Cove. Vigeland went missing after leaving his Vancouver home on bike last Thursday to train for a triathlon. The medical examiner has not yet released the cause or manner of death.
