(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a baby girl killed at the Madras Speedway.  The Jefferson County District Attorney's Office says four-month-old Dawsyn Rose Rhett from Oregon City was run over at the speedway Sunday morning.  She was rushed to a hospital, where she died from her injuries.  Police are still investigating the incident.
