(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities say fireworks are to blame for a massive fire at a fourplex in northeast Portland.  Fire investigators say they're still looking into whether the fire at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Northeast Garfield Street on July 5th was intentionally set.  Two people were hospitalized after jumping from the building's third story to escape the blaze.
