(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing nearly six years behind bars in connection to a stabbing in northwest Portland last year.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's office says Charles Jackson was sentenced Monday after pleading no contest to a charge of second-degree assault.  Police say he stabbed someone last September after arguing with them over a panhandling spot near Northwest 16th Avenue and Glisan Street.
