(Portland, OR)  --  The city of Portland is officially condemning legislation passed in other states that restricts women's reproductive rights.  The Portland City Council voted unanimously yesterday to pass a resolution condemning anti-abortion laws.  The resolution specifically mentions anti-abortion laws recently passed in Alabama and Ohio.  The resolution also directs the city's attorneys to file friend-of-the-court briefs in all future lawsuits that challenge anti-abortion laws.
