(Salem, OR)  --  A woman is lucky to be alive after becoming trapped inside her burning home in Salem.  Firefighters responded to an apartment complex on 14th Street Southeast early yesterday morning on reports of a fire.  Crews found one woman trapped inside her burning unit and used a ladder to rescue her.  The woman suffered some smoke inhalation but is expected to recover.  An investigation into what caused the fire is ongoing.
