(Portland, OR)  --  A teenage boy is facing charges in connection to an armed robbery at Harrison Park.  Police arrested a 15-year-old boy on multiple charges for the robbery Saturday morning.  Police say the victim was sitting in the park when the teen walked up and displayed a handgun before trying to take the victim's cellphone.  He then allegedly fled the scene.  No injuries were reported.
