Bomb Scare Shuts Down City Hall

(Portland, OR)  --  Things are getting back to normal at City Hall following a bomb scare that forced evacuations.  Police evacuated the building yesterday morning after receiving a report of a suspicious package there.  A bomb squad determined the package was not dangerous, and police reopened the building around 1 p.m.  It's the second time this month that City Hall has been evacuated due to a bomb scare.  Someone called in a bomb threat for the building on July 2nd.  An investigation is ongoing.
