(Portland, OR)  --  Police are calling off the search for a missing 12-year-old girl from Vancouver.  The Vancouver Police Department says Michelle Wheeler was found safe late last night.  She'd gone missing yesterday afternoon near Southeast 34th Street and 192nd Avenue.
