TriMet Barber Sentenced To Year In Prison

(Portland, OR)  --  The so-called "TriMet Barber" is facing a year behind bars after inappropriately touching women on trains.  A judge sentenced Jared Walter yesterday to 364 days in jail followed by five years probation.  Walter was convicted of two counts of interfering with public transportation.  He's accused of inappropriately touching two women on MAX trains earlier this year.  He's previously been accused of cutting women's hair on public transportation without their permission.  He pleaded guilty in 2013 to putting his bodily fluids on multiple women on TriMet buses.
