(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl from Vancouver, Washington.  The Vancouver Police Department says Fiona Belden was last seen between 9:00 and 10:00 yesterday morning near Northeast 31st Street and 146th Avenue.  She's described as five-foot-seven-inches and 175 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.
