(Milwaukie, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man killed in a rollover crash in Clackamas County.  Police say 65-year-old Milwaukie resident Gregory Frogner was killed in Friday's crash on Stafford Road.  Frogner was driving southwest when a teenager ran a stop sign on Newland Road and crashed into him.  Frogner was declared dead at the scene.  His passenger was hospitalized and is expected to recover.  The teenage driver and his two passengers were also hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries.
