Police ID Officer Who Shot At Suspect In Sex Trafficking Sting

(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a police officer who opened fire on a suspect during a sex trafficking sting in Beaverton.  The Beaverton Police Department says Detective Tom Stewart shot at 20-year-old Calvin Davenport during the sting last Thursday.  Davenport fled the scene, and it's not yet clear if he was hit by the gunfire.  Police are still searching for him.  Detective Stewart is on critical incident leave pending an investigation.
