(Portland, OR)  --  A seven-year-old boy is dead after being run over by a boat trailer at Willamette Park.  Portland police officers responded to the park around 6:30 Saturday night after the boy was struck on a boat ramp.  The boy died at a hospital.  Witnesses tell KATU the incident appeared to be an accident.  An investigation is ongoing.
