(Damascus, OR)  --  A Portland man is dead following a crash near Damascus.  Oregon State Police say 65-year-old Russell Nelson was riding his motorcycle on Highway 224 Sunday evening when 88-year-old Violet Sullivan turned in front of him.  Nelson was airlifted to a hospital, where he died.
