(Portland, OR)  --  A 30-year-old Portland man is facing nearly two-dozen charges for child pornography.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says Ryan Riewer was arraigned yesterday on 21 charges related to child porn.  He's accused of taking sexually explicit photos of children as well as requesting nude photos from young girls over the internet.  Police began investigating him in March of 2018.
