(Vancouver, WA)  --  A 31-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly offering marijuana to a 14-year-old girl and then trying to kidnap her.  KATU reports Jonathan Brumfiel made his first court appearance yesterday.  He's currently being held without bail on several charges, including luring a child and first-degree kidnapping.  Police say he made sexual advances toward at least two girls after they got into his truck to smoke marijuana in Vancouver.  One of the girls says he then grabbed her from behind as they tried to escape the vehicle.  The girl reportedly choked him to get away.
