(Portland, OR)  --  Representatives of the Portland Diamond Project say employees who work at Portland's future ballpark will be allowed to organize and join a union.  It's a step in the group's effort to bring a Major League Baseball team to Portland.  A meeting with the MLB commissioner is expected to happen in the next month or two.
