(Eugene, OR)  --  A Goshen man is facing a decade behind bars after getting caught with more than a pound of methamphetamine.  A judge has sentenced 59-year-old Randall Neal Wynn to 125 months in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release.  Court records say Wynn is a repeat offender with a criminal history spanning nearly 40 years.
