Woman Arrested For Bomb Threat At Bank

(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is facing charges in connection to a bomb threat that forced evacuations at a bank near Pioneer Courthouse Square.  Police say 44-year-old Deborah Uhl walked into the Chase Bank near Southwest 6th Avenue and Yamhill Street yesterday afternoon claiming to have a bomb.  Bank tellers evacuated customers while waiting for police to arrive.  An explosives unit responded to the scene and found no evidence of any explosives.  Police arrested Uhl on charges of false report, trespass and disorderly conduct.
