(Portland, OR)  --  A man is hospitalized in critical condition after being pulled from the Clackamas River at High Rocks.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says the man was doing surface dives in the river yesterday afternoon when he somehow got trapped underwater about 30 feet down.  Police say he was underwater for 12 minutes before first responders recovered him and brought him to the surface, where they immediately began administering CPR.  He was rushed to a hospital via ambulance in critical condition.
