(Gladstone, OR)  --  A 22-year-old Louisiana man is dead after drowning in the Clackamas River.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says Casey Carret died in a hospital late last week after being pulled from the water at High Rocks.  Police say he was under the water for 12 minutes Thursday before he was recovered.  Witnesses say he was doing surface dives in the river when he failed to resurface.
