(Tumalo, OR)  --  A man is facing a DUI charge after allegedly crashing into a center divider on Highway 97, pushing it ten feet forward.  The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office says Richard Kroth was intoxicated and speeding when he crashed early yesterday morning on Highway 97 near Tumalo.  No injuries were reported.
