(Portland, OR)  --  Four people are displaced following a house fire in northeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to the home on Northeast 35th Place yesterday morning for a fire in the house's basement.  One person was hospitalized for smoke inhalation.  An investigation is ongoing into what caused the blaze.
