(Klamath Falls, OR)  --  A California man is facing charges after allegedly threatening people on an Amtrak train in Klamath Falls.  Authorities tell KDRV Mason Lira of Fresno had been talking about weapons before he began to threaten passengers and the train conductor Sunday morning.  The train was carrying more than 280 people and was delayed for nearly five hours.  Police eventually arrested Lira and no injuries were reported.
