(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly breaking into several cars and stealing items in Washington County.  Sheriff's deputies arrested 19-year-old Patrick Nickels yesterday for the string of thefts in the Sylvan area off Barnes Road.  Police say he stole several items from cars in the neighborhood, including various tools, electronics, food and a glass bong.  He's also accused of damaging a motorcycle.
