(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a wanted felon who allegedly cut off his ankle monitor.  Police believe 37-year-old Walter William Kraemer could be in the Salem area.  Authorities say he was out of prison on felony probation when he cut off his ankle monitor on July 22nd.  Police say he's armed and dangerous.
