Oregon’s Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against Johnson & Johnson and two subsidiaries over a defective supply of the pain reliever: Motrin. Tony Green in the AG's Office says the company should have issued a recall, but didn't. That "phantom recall" is a violation of the State's Unlawful Trade Practices Act.
